Miniuni: The World of Miniatures - Photos

As I checked what to visit in Ostrava City, I find Miniuni to be so very interesting. Here, you can find miniatures of popular monuments, buildings, castles, railway lines and ship models. Models of popular structures include the following:

• Brandenburger Tor
• Prague Old Town City Hall
• Ostrava train station
• Stockholm City Hall
• Leaning Tower of Pisa
• Casa El Capricho
• Ještěd
• Fishermen's Bastion
• Town Hall from Finland
• The Colossus of Rhodes
• Pyramid of Egypt
• Hanging Gardens of Babylon
• Statue of Zeus at Olympia
• Temple of Artemis
• Mausoleum at Halicarnassus
• Lighthouse of Alexandria  

Admission is 70 Kc per head and 20 Kc for taking pictures. It took us less than an hour to see all featured miniatures. So, it is like seeing some of Europe's finest structures in less than an hour.
