RDO 38 North, Quezon City

Last January 22, 2015, Thursday, I went to RDO (Revenue District Office) 38 at the West Venue Building, 112 West Avenue, Quezon City. To get there, I ride a train from Boni MRT3 Station to Trinoma MRT3 Station then take a jeepney ride going to BIR West Ave.

Since there is no available jeepney (Kalaw - Quiapo Route) at the Trinoma Transport Terminal, I was advised by one of the van drivers to just wait for jeepneys in front of SM City North EDSA.

BIR 38  and 28 offices are just in front of St. Vincent School. As expected, the office is filled with people. I waited for around 80 minutes for my number to be called only to find out that my TIN record is still at RDO 48 in Makati. So, one of these days I will go there.
