A beautifully-preserved historic town area, Košice Old Town will let you discover its medieval fortifications, underground museum, musical fountain, prison and dungeon. It's cobblestone streets as well as its red brick side walks bustle with an energy that dazzles everyone to some of the restaurants, shops, bars, pubs and cafes. Among the most prominent attractions include the Lower Gate or Dolná brána, St. Elizabeth Cathedral and the musical fountain.
Thanks to my father in law for taking me here. It is absolutely one of the best Old Towns that I have visited.
